Vincent Elie joined International Space Brokers (ISB) in 2007 and is an account management and lawyer in the Paris branch. His responsibilities include NDA, ITAR, policy wording and reinsurance with French insurers.
Prior to joining ISB, Vincent was a lawyer at the ANFR (National Frequency Agency) where he worked on the application of the RTT&E European directive and dealt with cases of harmful interferences. Vincent was leader of the legal team for the SSETI association (Space Exploration and Technology Initiative) working on legal compliance and to counsel the executive committee.
Vincent is a member of IDEST (Institute of Space and Telecommunications Law) and ECSL (European Center for Space Law). He is a legal advisor for the students involved in GENSO (Global Educational Network for Satellite Operations) a project initiated by ISEB (International Space Education Board). Vincent holds a Master’s degree in Space and Telecommunication Law (University of Paris XI) and is fluent in French and English.
