Guillaume de Dinechin - Executive Vice President

Thierry Mangot

Thierry Mangot has more than 23 years of experience in space industry, including 5 years at Aerospatiale as system engineer in the Space division. After Aerospatiale, he joined Faugere et Jutheau in 1986, where he was responsible for all space insurance programs. As such, he notably handled launch and in-orbit insurance for TDF (TDF 1 and 2), esa (ESC 1, 2, 4, 5 OLYMPUS), EUTELSAT (EC6) and ARIANESPACE/S3R (Launch Risk Guarantee). He was instrumental in the foundation of the ISB group in 1991 and has managed the Paris subsidiary since then. He has notably developed business in France, Spain and Russia. Mr. Mangot is an engineer graduate from Ecole Centrale de Paris and holds a MBA from the Centre de Préparation aux Affaires (CPA – Paris).

Guillaume de Dinechin

Guillaume de Dinechin has been involved in the space industry for more than 15 years. He began his career at the European Space Agency, then worked with Matra Marconi Space Business Acquisition, where his responsibilities included designing and negotiating satellite contracts, as well as procuring both launchers and space insurance. His exposure includes programs throughout the world such as Hispasat, Nilesat and ST-1. He joined ISB in 1998. He holds degrees in International Business from the Institut Superieur de Gestion in Paris, the International Management University of Asia in Tokyo and the California Institute of Management in Berkeley, California.
